This coaching is designed to provide focused, personalized support in a way that is simple, intentional, and sustainable.

Together, we’ll look beneath the surface to address nutrition, lifestyle habits, nervous system regulation, mindset, women's health, hormone wellness, gut health, and faith-aligned wellness, supporting meaningful, lasting change that honors both your body and your season of life.

What’s included:

• Two private 60-minute one-on-one coaching sessions per month

• Support between sessions via limited email communication

• Guidance rooted in health and whole-person wellness, habit change, and nervous system regulation.

How it works:

• Coaching is subscription-based and billed monthly on the same date

• Availability is intentionally limited to provide personalized care.
