This coaching is designed to provide focused, personalized support in a way that is simple, intentional, and sustainable.

Together, we’ll look beneath the surface to address health, habits, nervous system regulation, mindset, and faith-aligned wellness—supporting meaningful change that honors both your body and your season of life.

What’s included:

• Two private 60-minute one-on-one coaching sessions per month

• Support between sessions via limited email communication

• Guidance rooted in health, habit change, nervous system regulation, mindset, and faith-based principles

How it works:

• Coaching is subscription-based and billed monthly on the same date

• Cancel anytime

• Availability is intentionally limited to ensure each client receives thoughtful, individualized care

This coaching is currently available at an introductory rate while I complete certification. Rates may be adjusted in the future as credentials are finalized.
