Wellness Coaching
Faith-based, whole-person health and wellness coaching is for women who are ready to move out of survival and into steady, grounded health and wholeness.
This work supports sustainable change in everyday habits, mindset, nervous system regulation, and spiritual well-being. Rather than quick fixes or pressure-driven goals, coaching focuses on integration, consistency, and learning how to care for your body and life in a way that honors your faith and your season.
Coaching is offered in a monthly format to allow for real change over time, with space for reflection, practice, and support between sessions.
While my faith shapes the values and framework of this work, coaching sessions remain practical, grounded, and focused on daily life. Sessions often include habit support, thought pattern awareness, body-based regulation, nutrition-informed lifestyle choices, and faith-integrated reflection as appropriate for each client.
Coaching is offered one-on-one to ensure intentional, personalized care. Sessions are conversational, supportive, and Spirit-led, while remaining practical and grounded. Together, we focus on small, meaningful steps that align with your faith, values, health goals, and current season of life. This work emphasizes sustainable change through rhythms and habits that support long-term wellness rather than quick fixes or pressure-driven goals.
How Coaching Works
Private 1:1 coaching is offered monthly with limited availability.
This coaching is rooted in biblical truth and offered with both clarity and care. My approach is direct, honest, and supportive—never harsh or shaming, but also not passive or surface-level. I believe meaningful growth requires clarity, loving challenge, and accountability, all within a space that is respectful, encouraging, and safe. This work is designed for women who are ready for real change and willing to engage honestly with themselves, their habits, and their faith.

• Coaching is subscription-based and billed monthly on the same date. You may cancel at any time.
• Availability is intentionally limited to ensure thoughtful, individualized care.
• After purchase, you will receive a personal email within 48 hours to welcome you and schedule your first session.
• This offering is currently available at an introductory rate while certification is being completed. Rates may be adjusted in the future.
Any prayer or ministry support beyond coaching, if requested, is always offered freely and separately, and is never a requirement or expectation of coaching.
