Where Is Your Focus?

Where Is Your Focus?

Take time to rest in the Lord and allow Him to restore and renew you. Know in your heart that He is able. Slow down, put your feet up, and relish in gratitude for all He has done. Be kind to yourself and give yourself grace during seasons of restoration.

Time has a way of strengthening the body and mending the soul if we use it wisely to care for ourselves while trusting in the Most High God.

Spending time in and with the Word will change your perspective. The prayer of the righteous is powerful and effective. When we enter into His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise, something shifts. When our focus is on Him, the awe of His glory replaces any lack.

Our brains are wired to find and see what it is we are looking for. So, focus on the blessings and all of the things you are thankful for, and I promise you will start to see and appreciate the goodness of God and the evidence of His love for you even more than you realize. Whatever we focus on will be highlighted in our lives. So, the choice is ours.

Today, I choose gratitude.

I challenge you to slow down for a moment, take time to care for yourself, and ask, "What will I choose to focus on today?"

But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.
Isaiah 40:31

Since you have been raised to new life with Christ, set your sights on the realities of heaven, where Christ sits in the place of honor at God’s right hand. Think about the things of heaven, not the things of earth.
Colossians 3:1-2

Always be joyful. Never stop praying. Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus.
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness.
Colossians 2:7

Your Next Step

If this message spoke to your heart, take a moment to sit with it.

Many women walk through seasons when past wounds, difficult experiences, or unanswered questions surface in deeper ways. This can make life feel heavy, but it can become an invitation to healing, clarity, and renewed peace.

If this is where you are, faith-based health and wellness coaching offers a space to slow down, seek the Lord, and begin moving with greater strength and steadiness.

You don't have to walk through those seasons alone.

You were never meant to merely survive. You were created to rise in strength, walk in peace, and thrive in your divine purpose.
