I sense a weariness in the spirit that some of the Remnant is experiencing that comes from the heaviness of transition. Some of you have recently come out of this and are on the other side. Others are avoiding this impending transition altogether. However, many of you are still waiting, waiting on God to move, anticipating action from the Lord, and longing for an answer to prayer. These are the ones I have an encouraging word for tonight. Now, bear with me because the Lord has instructed me to point out the problem in order to provide the solution.
I know there is a deep desire in your heart for excelleration and a yearning in your soul for the promises of the Lord to be made manifest in your life and the waiting has taken a toll. I hesitate to tell you this, but in your weariness, you let down your guard by sacrificing time in the secret place with the Lord. Your downtrodden heart deceived you and led you astray by suggesting that comfort can be obtained without the renewal of your mind.
Unfortunately, the result of this choice allows the enemy to slip in through the back door of your mind tempting you to forget who you are.
I realize the life of those who are chosen is not one of ease. The Lord created you to feel deeply and experience emotion strongly so that you can fulfill His will in your life, but in order to manage it to work for you instead of against you, you must remember where your strength comes from and walk with Him daily. This starts with recognizing your sensitivity to the spiritual realm. If your mind is not renewed with the living Word you will open the gate, having no control of what is allowed in.
One of the consequences of choosing to forgo spending time with the Lord is the switching of spiritual goggles from heavenly ones that see the beauty and blessings in life to ones that view darkness and dismay at every opportunity. Your situation may not change but I can assure you that your perspective will. Your focus will shift from one of hope and blessings and begin insisting on seeing the negative. If you are not careful and allow your perception to be skewed by the goggles of despair for too long, it can poison your thoughts, which quickly leads to suffering and lack of peace, resulting in the weariness you feel in your soul.
The battlefield is real and it starts in your mind. If the enemy can switch your focus off of Jesus, while screaming in your ear, you will become paralyzed with every distraction set before you. You must guard the gates daily with the scripture written on your heart. This controls your focus which protects your peace.
I have good news for you and want to remind you that the Lord still has a good plan for your life, a plan with a hope and a future that is in abundance. There is no good thing that your heavenly Father wants to keep from you, but you have to be in a position to receive it and see it. He is calling you higher, teaching you to know when to actively rest in Him and when to fight all while using this time of transition to heal your innermost being.
I encourage you to continue to trust Him through the process regardless of the mess and heartache while asking Him to remind you of who you are and where your help comes from. He is with you, has not left you, and will fulfill every promise He has spoken over you. Nobody can do this for you. It is your choice. So, choose to spend time with Him and renew your mind with the Word. Choose to continue to stand firm while putting your hope and trust in a victorious God, one who cannot lie and who always prevails.
Lastly, I want to tell you that He loves you and HE HAS GOT YOU! You have what it takes inside of you, everything you need to come out on the other side positioned for your purpose.

Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.
Romans 12:2
For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.
Jeremiah 29:11-13
And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.
Philippians 4:8
