Some of the simplest things that we need are the ones we skip, but the ones that help the most.

Most women don’t realize how often they override what their body actually needs until they’re completely depleted.

Learning how to recognize those signals and respond differently is where things begin to change. This is a small example of the kind of work that I walk through with women in coaching.
