Just a reminder for those who have found themselves suffering in the pit. Do NOT despair! The GOODNESS of Almighty God is unmatched, and He will not only pull you out, but He will set your feet on solid ground and put a new song in your mouth. He is the Restorer, Deliverer, and Healer. If you are in Him, you can be assured that He has a good plan for your life, and you can trust Him with your future, regardless of what you may be walking through or what is happening around you.
He is for you! Yes, the Creator of heaven and earth, the Savior of the world, the King of Kings, is cheering you on, goes before you, and is your rear guard. You are not alone, and you have the applause of heaven!
James said it best...
Consider it pure joy whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.
One day, you will look back and see how the goodness of God sustained you. It is in the difficult trials of life that we learn to trust Him and what He uses to strengthen, build up, and refine us. It is in the crushing where the oil is produced.
There will soon come a day when the pit you once suffered in will be empty, and you will encourage those who still dwell there with your new song, and it will be a lifeline of hope.
So, keep standing, hold your head up, and remember that the Lord sees you, bends down to hear your cry, and will make a way, all while using everything for your good. Nothing, not one tear will be wasted.
Rejoice. Stand Firm. Wait on the Lord.
He is good and will pull you out!

I waited patiently for the Lord; he turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand. He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see and fear the Lord and put their trust in him.
Psalm 40:1-3

Psalm 107:1
For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.
Jeremiah 29:11
You will not leave in a hurry, running for your lives. For the Lord will go ahead of you; yes, the God of Israel will protect you from behind.
Isaiah 52:12
Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.
