Paul said that he could not address people as those who live by the Spirit but as people who are still worldly—mere infants in Christ. He said, “I gave you milk, not solid food, for you were not yet ready for it. Indeed, you are still not ready. You are still worldly. For since there is jealousy and quarreling among you, are you not worldly? Are you not acting like mere humans?” This is still true today. (1 Corinthians 3:1-3)
WATCH YOUR MOUTH! YOU SAY THAT YOU WANT ME, BUT YOU'RE NOT WILLING TO SACRIFICE YOUR TIME TO SPEND IT WITH ME!
Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it. Keep your mouth free of perversity; keep corrupt talk far from your lips. Let your eyes look straight ahead; fix your gaze directly before you. Give careful thought to the paths for your feet and be steadfast in all your ways. Do not turn to the right or the left; keep your foot from evil. (Proverbs 4:23-27)
EXAMINE YOURSELVES! NOT EVERYONE THAT GOES TO CHURCH OR CALLS THEMSELVES A CHRISTIAN IS THE TRUE REMNANT OF CHRIST.
STOP MAKING EXCUSES
STOP COMPROMISING
STOP GETTING DISTRACTED
STOP RUNNING
STOP HESITATING
AND START SEEKING ME AT A DEEPER LEVEL.
A remnant will return; a remnant of Jacob will return to the Mighty God. Though your people be like the sand by the sea, Israel, only a remnant will return. Destruction has been decreed, overwhelming and righteous. (Isaiah 10:21-22)
JUST AS I CALLED ISAIAH TO BE MY SERVANT, I HAVE CALLED YOU! I HAVE CALLED YOU TO BE MY REMNANT AND LEAD MY PEOPLE BACK TO ME. I AM SEARCHING FOR A PEOPLE THAT WILL ANSWER AS ISAIAH ANSWERED ME. I AM SEARCHING FOR THOSE THAT I CAN SEND. WHO WILL BE READY? WHO WILL ANSWER THE CALL?
When Isaiah heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?” And I said, “Here am I. Send me!” (Isaiah 6:8)
IF YOU SEEK ME, CRUCIFY THE FLESH, AND MAKE ME LORD OF YOUR LIFE, I WILL KNOW YOU ARE MY SERVANT, AND I WILL DISPLAY MY SPLENDOR.
I WILL MAKE YOUR MOUTH LIKE A SHARPENED SWORD, IN THE SHADOW OF MY HAND I WILL HIDE YOU; I WILL MAKE YOU INTO A POLISHED ARROW AND CONCEAL YOU IN MY QUIVER. I WILL SAY TO YOU, “YOU ARE MY SERVANT, ISRAEL, IN WHOM I WILL DISPLAY MY SPLENDOR.” (Isaiah 49:2-3)
I HAVE GREAT AND MIGHTY PLANS FOR MY REMNANT WHO IS WILLING TO RISK IT ALL AND GIVE UP THE WORLD FOR ME! THE REWARD IS SO GREAT. YOU CANNOT EVEN BEGIN TO IMAGINE WHAT I HAVE PREPARED FOR THEM. BUT ARE THEY WILLING?
Seek the Lord like never before. Time is short. Jesus is worth being sold out for!
