It supports growth in everyday habits, mindset, overall health, and spiritual well-being while addressing the whole person: spirit, soul, and body.
For this reason, coaching is offered in a monthly format that allows for consistency, integration, and ongoing support over time. Availability is intentionally limited to ensure thoughtful, individualized care and is currently offered at an introductory rate while certification is being completed.
