Sharpen Your Sword

Sharpen Your Sword

August 28, 2023

You must know the Word of God for yourself. Do not depend on someone else to spoon-feed you their interpretation. How can you determine a lie if you do not know the truth? Your relationship with God should never hinge on seeking that next prophetic word or following the trend of your favorite leader. Read your Bible and commune with the bearer of all TRUTH, the Holy Spirit. He will comfort, guide, and direct you in all your ways. It's His very job description, trust Him! Start really listening when people speak, preach, and prophesy and you will know their heart posture. The fruit of the Spirit with holiness, humility and love all still matter. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus and do not get distracted. There will be leaders that rise up with an appearance of godliness but denying its power. Listen, these are the last days and the Word of God says that if it were possible, even the very elect may be deceived. So, do not make it possible by being deeply rooted in the TRUTH and knowing the real Jesus of the Bible. Time is short, stay focused, sharpen your sword, and keep your heart pure. Seek Him like never before.

Your Next Step

If this message spoke to your heart, take a moment to sit with it.

Many women walk through seasons when past wounds, difficult experiences, or unanswered questions surface in deeper ways. This can make life feel heavy, but it can become an invitation to healing, clarity, and renewed peace.

If this is where you are, faith-based health and wellness coaching offers a space to slow down, seek the Lord, and begin moving with greater strength and steadiness.

You don't have to walk through those seasons alone.

You were never meant to merely survive. You were created to rise in strength, walk in peace, and thrive in your divine purpose.
