Refuse To Take No For An Answer!

Refuse to take NO for an answer!

It's time the sons and daughters of the Most High STAND in faith and refuse to take no for an answer. It makes no difference what the situation or circumstance looks like, never give up and continue to believe the promises of Almighty God! When we petition the Lord, are desperate for deliverance, and press into Him, He not only hears us, HE ANSWERS! We should never doubt the very heart of God on the most basic of issues. If it's in the Living Word of God, it's His will. We must be convinced that He is a good Father and it is never His will for His children to be sick, suffer the oppression of demons, or live in bondage. Jesus came to set us FREE.  We need to start living and walking in EVERYTHING He paid for. 

The Holy Spirit took me on a journey through the Bible the past few days showing me time after time believers that were told NO. Yet, they refused to accept that answer and therefore God honored their requests. He first showed me Hezikiah who received a prophetic word from Isaiah, one of the most famous prophets in the Old Testament. Isaiah came to him and told him to get his affairs in order because he was going to die. Can you imagine? Well, Hezikiah didn't accept that prophetic word. Instead, he turned his face to the wall and in his desperation, prayed to God. Not only did Isaiah come back and tell him that the Lord said he would live, but that he would live fifteen more years! Then, there was Jacob who physically wrestled with an angel for an entire night. When the angel told him he was going to leave, Jacob refused! He told the angel he couldn't leave without blessing him, and he did just that! Then, the blind man in Jerusalem named Bartimeus heard Jesus coming and refused to shut his mouth. The people told him to be quiet but he refused and made a spectacle of himself and Jesus gave him sight! How about the Cannan woman who traveled to ask Jesus to deliver her daughter from demons? Jesus himself basically told her NO and that deliverance was the children's bread. She persisted in faith and explained that even dogs get the crumbs from their master's table and Jesus delivered her daughter. Finally, there's the woman who suffered for twelve years with the issue of blood. I'm confident she must have tried everything to get well and left disappointed after every doctor's visit but she didn't give up. She refused to believe their report. Instead, she pushed her way through the crowd desperate to touch the hem of Jesus' garment, and left healed. 

I encourage you today, don't take no for an answer when it comes to the promises of God, and never give up or stop pressing into the Lord. Stand in faith and continue to seek Him. He hears you. He sees you and HE WILL ANSWER!
